We were put in touch with the Convey With Me through the estate agent. I have not done it this way before but we found after every transaction there was notification on the conveywithme app. It was easy to use and showed each step as it happened. The allocated solicitor were very efficient and answered any questions we had during the process.. Very helpful.

We were very satisfied with the level of service provided. The prices were really competitive, and we were referred by the estate agent. At first, I was concerned because I had read that such referrals can be worse than finding your own solicitor. However, after communicating with them and experiencing their proactive work, we found it very useful. Now, we’re buying a buy-to-let property and have decided to use their services again.

This is the 3 rd time we have used in the past 6 months, I initially was recommend to use them by my estate agent when i struggled to get our usual solicitor when solicitors were hard to get due to stamp duty holiday just coming to an end, they were able to secure me a solicitor and it cost no more than going direct. I sold and bought my house with no problems and then recommended to my son and he purchased his house, he was able to select a solicitor near to where he lived then my partner sold his house, again they were able to give us the solicitor we requested. I think they have a service level agreement with solicitors and therefore if you ask a question via them the solicitor responds immediately. They charge a fee but that is really paid for by the solicitor who charges a lower fee than if you go to them direct so its the same price but a better service would definitely recommend.

Useful additional service to ‘find’ a conveyancer in an unfamiliar geographical area and to provide key stage visibility and tracking. Think this kept solicitor on the ball too. Transaction completed successfully to timescale.
